The SafeGard (TM) 2R Limit Device Casement meets ASTM F2090 safety requirements for self-resetting, egress-capable fall prevention windows. The control device allows the normal window opening aperture to be set at a predetermined position of less than 4 in (101.6 mm), while a dual-action release mechanism requires two separate, distinct, and consecutive actions to release the control device.

Comes with a Field Kit for onsite installation.

The Safeguards 154971 is a Limit Device that controls window opening to prevent accidental falls but which can also be easily opened for emergency egress purposes are critical in today’s building projects.
